Real-time Flight Planner

Whether you are new to AOPA’s Real-Time Flight Planner or a seasoned user needing an answer to a specific question, AOPA developed this tutorial with you in mind. Follow a step-by-step demonstration of how to create your first flight plan and stop the program at any time to navigate to different sections and topics of interest.

Note: This presentation uses animated graphics and sound. Users with dial-up Internet connections should be prepared for loading times of up to 30 seconds for the initial presentation and from 30 seconds to 2 minutes for main sections within the presentation. Recommended processor speed is 600 MHz to run and view the video portions of the program. Slower speeds may not render animation or video frames properly.

This program requires version 6 or higher of the Macromedia Flash plug-in. For the best user experience, turn on your speakers/sound and make sure you have Adobe's free Acrobat Reader.
